Location: Charlotte NC
Salary: $30 $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a variety of events ranging from corporate conferences to community outreach programs. Your ability to multitask stay organized and communicate effectively will be paramount in ensuring that each event is a resounding success.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a variety of events from conception to completion.
- Work with clients to define their needs and expectations for each event.
- Manage budgets ensuring all events are executed within financial constraints.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection catering transportation and accommodations.
- Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies for events.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or management preferably in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
