With the most board-certified oncologists in Georgia Northside Hospital Cancer Institute delivers the most powerful combination of doctors treatment options and support resources in the state. Each year we diagnose and treat more new cases of cancer than any other community health system in Georgia. As one of the nations largest cancer programs we offer our cancer patients great strength in numbers: ranking in the top five in the nation for newly diagnosed and/or treated cancer cases we are number one in Georgia for cancer surgeries and we are the nations leading community cancer provider for several types of cancer.
Responsibilities
Northside Hospital Cancer Instituteis hosting an RN & LPN recruitment event for the Oncology service line system-wide! We are seeking RNs & LPNs with at least 1 year of experience in the following areas:
- Oncology
- Med/Surg
- Critical Care
Hiring leaders from all campuses will be in attendance- Atlanta Forsyth Cherokee Gwinnett along with our outpatient clinic locations across the metro area . You will have the opportunity to meet with these leaders learn more about these departments and find out for yourself what sets Northside Hospital apart!
This in-person event will be held on Tuesday February 17th from 4pm-7pm.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Must hold Certified in American Heart Associations Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:
- BSN degree
- Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS PALS NRP etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
