Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules appointments and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.

  • Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries professionally.

  • Maintain filing systems and office supplies.

  • Assist with internal communications and office coordination.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
