Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations for time-critical logistics and client service activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (e.g. on-time delivery cost per shipment) and implement corrective actions promptly.
Resource & Cost Management
- Support budgeting and cost-control efforts within assigned operational scope.
- Provide accurate operational data for monthly reporting and assist in variance analysis.
Team Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate a team of operations staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in training and development of team members; provide feedback and guidance to maintain performance standards.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements (DOT IATA customs).
- Promote safety practices and participate in audits and risk assessments.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with vendors service providers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Experience: 35 years in logistics or operations with supervisory experience.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with DOT IATA customs and safety standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/TMS systems is an advantage.
