Job Summary
About the Company
Our Client is a leading third-party logistics provider specialising in contract logistics and supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities: receiving storage order processing and outbound delivery;
- Coordinate with clients teams and transport providers to meet service expectations;
- Monitor and report key metrics like delivery timeliness and inventory accuracy;
- Ensure safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards;
- Support warehouse system usage and assist in resolving issues;
- Prepare reports and provide insights for operational improvements;
- Supervise and guide team members and contract staff as needed;
- Contribute to initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field;
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics (3PL experience a plus);
- Familiar with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office tools;
- Strong organisational and coordination skills;
- Good supervisory and leadership skills;
- Good communication skills and ability to work with clients.

- Permanent role with 5-day work week;

- Work location: East Singapore with transport and transportation allowance provided.
