About the Company

Our Client is a leading third-party logistics provider specialising in contract logistics and supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

Were looking for an experience Logistics Operations Executive to oversee a team and be responsible for daily warehouse and logistics operations.

Oversee daily activities: receiving storage order processing and outbound delivery;
Coordinate with clients teams and transport providers to meet service expectations;
Monitor and report key metrics like delivery timeliness and inventory accuracy;
Ensure safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards;
Support warehouse system usage and assist in resolving issues;
Prepare reports and provide insights for operational improvements;
Supervise and guide team members and contract staff as needed;
Contribute to initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field;
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics (3PL experience a plus);
Familiar with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office tools;
Strong organisational and coordination skills;
Good supervisory and leadership skills;
Good communication skills and ability to work with clients.

Employment Details

Permanent role with 5-day work week;
