Role description:

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us to lead on attracting and selecting talent for Arcadis Hong Kong & this role you will contribute to the businesss success by supporting recruitment and enabling the business to prioritise its hiring in accordance with its commercial needs. You will also support the overall employer of choice agenda in the delivery of talent.

In this role you will be part of a global talent acquisition function.

Role accountabilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be proactively going to market via multiple sourcing channels with a view to attracting the best possible talent to expand our teams primarily within the disciplines of Cost and Commercial Management Programme & Project Management and Business Advisory although its likely you will also be asked to resource roles from a much wider portfolio on occasion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively going to market via multiple sourcing channels with a view to sourcing the best possible talent to expand our teams.
• Using your market knowledge and best practice to advise stakeholders on process and ensure that all roles are sourced effectively.
• Positioning Arcadis as an employer of choice while conducting candidate screening and interviewing prospective candidates.
• Managing a high volume of permanent vacancies across diverse levels and skill sets ensuring that priorities are identified and met.
• Managing the overall candidate experience ensuring a positive outcome for all individuals regardless of outcome.
• Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and the various stakeholders you encounter throughout the recruitment process.
• Be an advocate forour values and ensure our recruitment processes are inclusive and free of biass.

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be an experienced recruiter likely having started in an agency/RPO before transitioning to in-house a background that will have given you strong knowledge of how to identify and approach talent in niche skill-short markets.
• Significant familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searching and the best practice use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Significant experience in hiring Quantity Surveyor Building Surveyor Engineering or Architecture talent in the HK and/or Macau is required. Experience in an Architecture Construction and Engineering environment is considered an asset.
• Your experience will allow you to credibly advise stakeholders on recruiting best practice.
• Capable of confidently and articulately contribute to Talent Acquisition discussions and able to demonstrate a proactive positive and curious mindset.
• Able to overcome setbacks learn and continue to develop.
• Happy to positively challenge the norm you will be able to evidence a continuous improvement mindset to assist us in our journey.
• Driven and determined yet empathetic to the needs of the various stakeholders you encounter throughout the recruitment process.
• Fluent in English Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
