DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the communication of product process and supplier changes to customers through meetings with the customer and departments involved;
- Ensure responses to customers by obtaining an appropriate action plan for Quality issues; Lead RCCA (8D) meetings involving customer nonconformity notifications;
- Evaluate and approve with the finance team the non-quality costs in the customers plant;
- Lead customer visits to our plant by coordinating the activities involved;
- Maintain the database on defects and failures (SAP) through constant updating of information;
- Participate in the development of new products through the representation of quality in relevant meetings;
- Provide correct customer reimbursement through the distribution and approval of invoices and customer debts to the responsible departments;
- Support Quality team with information direction and recommendations;
- Support the customers through scheduled visits and technical support
- Support the team in the development of new products;
- Support to arrange preparation of PAPPs / ODTs documentation for customer submission;
- Assist customers in the areas of Quality through scheduled visits and technical support;
- Achieve good relationship with customer representatives;
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering;
- Knowledge in IATF16949 ISO14001 ISO50001 ISO45001; VDA 6.3;
- Experience in Quality area preferably in the automotive industry and its practices;
- Advanced English
