Job Summary
Description of the Role
As an In Person Client Review Expert at Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee you will be responsible for conducting in-person reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person client reviews to assess satisfaction and address any concerns
- Provide recommendations for improving client experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional client care
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to travel to clients locations in and around Knoxville TN
Benefits
