Position/ DepartmentPurpose:

Primary duty is to support the sub product desk heads across Fixed Income Equities Cross-Asset & Prime Services. Rotate around various products garnering an understanding of the entire workflow front to back; from relationship lifecycle; prospecting rate sheets a/c opening execution & settlement KYC refresh etc. Progressing to understand execution coverage of clients whilst undertaking project work to support the business. Additionally the intern will assist in analyzing data preparing reports and participating in team meetings while actively contributing to collaborative projects that enhance operational efficiency and client engagement.

Primary duties will include but not limited to:

• Rotate with operations to understand trade capture confirmation process matching and settlement of trades - Trade Life Cycle understanding.

• Project involvement & task ownership optimizingprocesses.

• Rotate & build relationships with internal stakeholders across Middle andBack officefunctions; Onboarding Compliance Regulatory Ops Credit Risk & Settlements. Front office across regional offices and Products.

• Foster an understanding of both agency & risk order flow in both Equities and Fixed Income.

• Attendclient meetings to understand the nuances surrounding real-time institutional account coverage across products and asset classes.

• Familiarize with supporting trade & booking systems across Securities; IRESS TOMS TAM SPIRE CUST-X Salesforce IPREO.

• Assistin providing runs & commentary in both Equity Fixed Income & Cross-asset.

• Detailed understanding of other product lines within the entity & the importance of cross-selling initiatives.

• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.

Early Careers Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating in 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
• Available for a May 2026start date for a 10-week program
• Mustbe fully authorized to work in the country the role is based

• Hybrid (minimum 4 days in-office)
