Were looking for an analytical and product-focused individual early in their career to assist the Nordic Product team in making the right decisions. You will play a critical role in defining our continued success and ensure the team has the information they need to make the right this role youll play a key role in optimizing our product performance identifying patterns uncovering opportunities and analyzing data to position American Express products as uniquely valuable to our customers.

What youll be up to

Work closely with the Nordic consumer team to support the organizations business planning and direction.
Produce insights analyses and recommendations to drive strategic and impactful decision-making.
Assist in developing new product features and member-benefits
Support with portfolio governance risk events and in depth reporting
Lead the way in increasing collaboration between multiple teams in the consumer organizations leveraging insights from multiple platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

Fluency in English spoken and written. Swedish Norwegian and Finnish a strong plus.
Bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration engineering statistics or similar field of study
Strong analytical skills
Experience with data analysis tools and languages (E.g Python SQL Excel Tableau)
A structured and curious mindset you enjoy solving complex problems and asking the right questions and youre not afraid to stretch beyond your core area of expertise
Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and take ownership in a fast-paced environment

Preferred additional Qualifications

Work experience or internships from the financial industry large corporations or similar business environments
