Job Description
As a Business Developer at Lylli youll play a key role in driving growth and shaping the future of one of the most exciting childrens reading platforms in Europe and beyond. This is a broad hands-on role where youll work across strategy international expansion and global partnerships to unlock new opportunities. Youll collaborate with partners worldwide drive projects across multiple markets and help Lylli reach the next level.
What youll do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in priority markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers partners and customers understanding their needs and aligning them with Lyllis goals.
- Develop structure and present proposals including managing partner collaborations when needed.
- Support project execution and problem-solve issues along the way.
- Report directly to the CEO and management team contributing to Lyllis ambitious growth journey
What were looking for:

- Curious innovative and a true team player.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with high integrity and a collaborative mindset.
- Passionate about making more children discover the joy of reading.
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus but not required)
Who you are:
- Strong academic track record preferably in business/economics or engineering.
- Final year student recent graduate or up to 3 years of work experience.
- International exposure entrepreneurial projects or other extracurricular experience are strong pluses.
