Who are we looking for
We are looking for a strategic cross-disciplinary Asset Intelligence and Transformation Leadto lead the development and implementation of asset intelligence and digital transformation programs. This role focuses on driving outcomes aligned to ISO 55001 supporting the integration of enterprise asset strategies with enabling technologies such as Maximo SAP EAM Oracle EAM HxGN EAM SCADA ESRI GIS and data governance frameworks.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Advise clients on the implementation of ISO 55001-aligned asset management systems policies and roadmaps
- Lead technology maturity assessments gap analysis and future-state strategy design
- Provide strategic input on technology enablementincluding EAM/APM/Digital Twin system selection data readiness and integration pathways
- Drive the development of asset data standards performance frameworks and information structures aligned to ISO 19650
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create asset management solutions digital transformation plans deployment strategies and change initiatives
- Contribute to the creation of internal methods capability development and industry thought leadership
What you will bring to the team:
- 10 years in asset management capital planning or infrastructure operations.
- Strong understanding of ISO 55001 and experience implementing asset strategies in complex environments.
- Practical experience with intelligent asset lifecycle management platforms such as IBM Maximo SAP EAM Oracle EAM HxGN EAM SCADA ESRI ArcGIS or similar.
- Skilled in stakeholder facilitation business case development and enterprise transformation planning.
- Exposure to information modelling data standards and digital engineering (ISO 19650) is desirable.
- IBM Maximo SAP EAM Oracle EAM HxGN EAM or IFS Cloud EAM certifications; Asset Management certificate or equivalent is a strong advantage
This job offer is based inMakati office.
Work schedule:Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid
