As a HealthcareAssistantin theatre at our hospitalyoullbe highly motivated and enjoy working somewherethatsconstantly and rapidly changing.Youllshow real empathy and find the challenges of theatre work well asgreat communicationskillsyoullbring a flexible approach to both your duties and hours.You will be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and have relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting
As a Healthcare Assistant in theatre you will:
Createa great experiencefor patients undergoing major and minor surgeries
Have the time you need to care for patients as people
Understand peoples individual needs
Play a key role in a fast-paced environment supporting the theatre team where you willassistwith moving patients theatre preparation family reassurance administration tasks
