Required:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active MA LPN license required.
Current BLS/CPR and AED certification.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices long-term care standards and regulatory compliance.
Leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.

What Youll Do:

Lead and supervise daily nursing assistant activities.
Plan and coordinate nursing services each shift.
Maintain accurate documentation for admissions transfers discharges treatments and care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
Monitor resident health report changes and participate in care consultations.
Perform skilled nursing tasks including IV/IM medications catheterization wound care tube feedings and specimen collection.
Conduct routine assessments and vital signs monitoring.
Ensure proper inventory of medications supplies and equipment.
Educate residents and families on health care and care plans.
Support quality assurance inspections and performance improvement initiatives.
