Description of the role:
Keffer Mazda in Huntersville NC is seeking a detailed-oriented Evening and Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process and scan documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
Benefits:
