- Publish relevant technical information about applications and products as well as technical articles as needed.
- Collaborate with management to define and enhance new products.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and customers on specific technical projects.
- Ensure regional visibility and support the professional development of emerging leaders within the team.
- Lead and motivate teams managing both internal and external talent.
Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS or equivalent) in technology engineering business administration or related fields.
- Solid experience in managing presales and sales teams preferably in technology or enterprise solutions companies.
- Proven knowledge of the software industry and eBusiness solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership presentation and people management skills.
- Results-oriented strategic thinker and collaborative team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with mid and senior management.
- Languages: Portuguese Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience working in multinational/regional environments is highly valued.
