Our Design and Technology Enablement teams are working on the development of a broad portfolio of semiconductor technologies ranging from 350 nm down to 12nm including FD-SOI RF High-Voltage and automotive applications.
Your Job
As a Methodology Design Enablement Engineer you will be responsible for:
The creation of Design Methodology solutions for a wide variety of Technology nodes focused on the silicon technologies.
Developing digital and analog design enablement collateral to help the Companys customers adopt the most advanced silicon technologies
Work closely with our EDA vendors to streamline the adoption of new tools/flows and solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Microelectronics Physics Computer Science or equivalent.
Fluency in English both written and verbal.
Knowledge on device level and BEOL reliability mechanisms.
Able to setup simulations using SPICE models and EM limits using EDA tools.
Knowledge of using industry standard EMIR tools like Ansys Redhawk Totem or Cadence Voltus and/or Voltus-FI.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scripting languages (Python Tcl Bash...) is a plus
Knowledge of the digital side of the EMIR flow.
