What Were Looking For

Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or NMC registration preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Proven experience commissioning or a strong track record as a Registered Home Manager
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership budgeting and occupancy management skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally as needed.
