What Youll Do
- Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leaders to identify workforce needs succession plans and strategies that drive organizational effectiveness.
- Advise and Coach: Provide expert guidance on employee relations performance management leadership development and workplace culture.
- Lead with Data: Use metrics and analytics to spot trends identify risks and inform decision-making around engagement retention and talent.
- Champion Change: Support leaders through organizational change ensuring people strategies align with business priorities.
- Connect and Influence: Build strong trusted relationships across departments bridging employees managers and HRs functional specialists.
What Youll Bring
- University degree in human resource management business administration or related field of
- 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills clear collaborative and confident.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes.
- A self-starter proactive resourceful and comfortable navigating complexity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices employment legislation and organizational development principles.

Annual Salary range is $71552.00 to $92476.80 depending on experience.
