About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the growing team. Part-time or Full-time hours available for the right candidate.

Sunfam Admin Assistantis the first contact our clients have when they interact with Sunfam. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our sales and financial business Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support multiple departments in building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the branch you will enjoy a varied day including:

• Providing expert administrative support across multiple teams and departments
• Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
• Assisting with Accounts Rebates and other financial tasks
• Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Sunfam/Elders brand
• Working closely with Sunfam management during end of month reporting
• Maximising promotional opportunities including helping at field days and community events
• Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively
