Job Title:Registered Nurse (Occupational Health)

Schedule:MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
Contract:13 Weeks
Pay Rate:$38 - $40/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingRegistered Nurse (Occupational Health)for an exciting job inRussellville AR.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
Dispense over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered
Conduct required screening tests (drug/alcohol spirometry audiometric)
Maintain OSHA state and team member health records
Participate in plant safety and ergonomic programs
Assist with team member health promotion education and training programs
Identify workers compensation cases and assist with documentation and file maintenance
Perform other duties as assigned to support plant health and safety initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferably in Occupational Health Nursing
Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Standard computer skills (e.g. Word Excel simple queries); experience with business systems preferred
CPR and First Aid instructor certification preferred

Education:

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical or Vocational Nursing program
Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment
