The Position:
Were looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team and support our CRM efficiency. This role will support the Sales team by improving CRM data and processes including maintaining Sales territories and ensuring all inbound leads are promptly responded to.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of Operations Data or Sales experience whos passionate about data operations and looking to grow their skillset while contributing to the success of a fast-paced fintech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all territory workflows in HubSpot maintaining accurate ownership through automation and manual updates.
- Compile relevant data on new firms and contacts to assign the correct owners in HubSpot.
- Partner with Sales to improve inbound lead conversion through efficient routing and follow-up.
- Identify and implement data management and process enhancements that drive productivity.
- Document new workflows and train stakeholders to ensure consistency.
- Build and analyze HubSpot reports to surface actionable insights on data quality and lead conversion.
- Monitor the impact of implemented changes and support CRM hygiene to ensure accurate efficient reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations Data or Sales (experience with YCharts platform or financial services is a plus).
- Proficient in Excel and HubSpot.
- Process-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and the ability to analyze and solve problems independently with data-driven insights.
- Collaborative with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bonus: Experience with Chili Piper Google Workspace LinkedIn Sales Navigator Slack ZeroBounce Zoom and/or ZoomInfo.
Compensation
At YCharts we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the Total Cash Compensation range is $70000 - $85000 USD inclusive of bonuses and variable compensation. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
