This position will be responsible for controlling costs building a loyal clientele maintaining good employee relations setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining records. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of parts
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to service technicians
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Monitor and improve department performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license
