Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer People & Culture (P&C)
The Associate will be responsible for supporting various employee engagements survey merchandising and recognition programs through data analysis reporting and process execution. This role involves collaborating across teams to ensure accurate data handling insights generation and effective communication for business decision-making.
Responsibilities

Surveys & Engagement
Survey administration & reporting (e.g. Employee engagement survey Pulse survey etc.)
Analyze survey data and generate comprehensive reports to inform leadership.
Manage sales and performance reporting
Address and resolve employee inquiries
Ensure accuracy of procurement data in integrated systems.


& Recognition
Provide support for gift card related issues and ensure resolution.
Monitor and report on compliance related to employee expenses.
Assist with the application process for external awards such as Great Places to Work.
Execute surveys linked to awards programs.
Partner with payroll and administrative teams to track and communicate service award eligibility and recognition.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field.
Proven experience in HRBP HR operations or reporting & surveys support roles.
Basic understanding of people & culture lifecycle stages in a corporate or shared services environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP filters tracker management) and MS Outlook for daily operations.
Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now Zendesk etc is preferrable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience managing shared services or Global Business Service delivery hubs is preferred.
Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now Zendesk etc is preferrable
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Flexibility to work across global teams and time zones.
