Qualifications: GCSEs Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Passion for Leadership: Show us your interest in leading and working hands-on.

Youll be required to work shifts in this role and as such we require you to be 18 by the 7th September 2026

Team Collaboration: Develop the ability to work effectively as a cross-functional team which includes fellow operators on-site engineers Quality and Safety personnel to achieve outstanding results.

Problem Solving Skills: Learning how tooperate diagnose faultsandmaintainour equipment within a factory setting.
