Job Summary
Join our growing team
As a Working Student supporting our Marketing team you will play a vital role in maintaining our CRM system ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information. Additionally you will assist in event planning for both internal and external events and update PowerPoint materials. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to contribute to our social media marketing efforts particularly on LinkedIn.
What youll do
- Update and maintain contact information within our CRM system
- Research outdated contacts and update records accordingly
- Converting outdated PowerPoint slides into the new corporate design and updating PowerPoint library
- Contribute to social media marketing initiatives specifically on LinkedIn
- Assist in planning and organising internal company events/trips and external client events
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on various projects across different offices
About you
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly PowerPoint Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Fluent in German (C1) & English (B2)
