What youll do:
Reporting to the General Manager the Division Manager Food & Liquoris responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational excellence across our food and liquor store locations. As part of our senior leadership team you will guide a talented group of department managers to deliver outstanding service foster team culture and drive growth and profitability while living our Co-op values of Integrity Respect and Excellence.
Build strong relationships with staff suppliers partners and customers to ensure high-quality service and operational success.
Identify opportunities for business growth through acquisitions new developments and enhanced product offerings.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve operational and financial outcomes.
Champion brand consistency guest experience and Co-op standards across all departments.
Lead coach and develop department managers to achieve operational excellence and foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with all food safety liquor and occupational health and safety regulations.
Promote a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
