Your role with us:
Support the planning scheduling and monitoring of our social media content! You will get to assist in executing our social media strategy maintaining our online presence and engaging with followers across multiple platforms across Spanish speaking global markets. This is an ideal position for an organised and motivated individual eager to build hands-on experience in social media.

Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office where youll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

Content Planning Scheduling & Posting

• Assist in scheduling and posting content across social channels including Instagram Facebook X (and more).
• Follow the social media calendar to ensure all posts are timely and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure smooth content rollout and maintain consistency across platforms.

Social Channel Monitoring & Engagement

• Monitor social media channels to track brand mentions monitor comments and stay aware of audience reactions.
• Engage actively with followers responding to comments tagging relevant partners and fostering interaction within our community.
• Identify and flag potential trends providing feedback to the Social Media Manager as needed.

Trend Analysis & Competitor Monitoring

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends identifying new opportunities to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
• Conduct competitor monitoring to inform content planning and engagement strategies providing insights to the Social Media Manager for potential adjustments.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track and report on social media metrics (e.g. reach engagement follower growth) to assess content effectiveness and guide future strategies.
• Support the Social Media Manager by providing insights on engagement trends and content performance for ongoing optimisation.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with content creators and graphic designers to ensure planned content is prepared on-brand and ready for publication.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure alignment between social media and broader marketing initiatives.

What you will bring:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluent in Spanish
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media management tools.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to social media trends and best practices
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Sports & Gambling knowledge

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience in social media planning scheduling or management
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient using Sprout X Slack
