Join a supportive team providing essential administrative support to mental health services across Western Australia

The Position

HelpingMinds are seeking an organised and versatile Administration Officer to provide professional efficient and friendly administrative support to our Shared Services this pivotal role youll support the daily operations of our team and contribute to a positive and connected workplace culture.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive administrator looking for a collaborative and supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Provide back-up reception support greeting visitors and assisting with calls when required.
  • Coordinate flights accommodation and bookings for team members.
  • Overseeing team email inboxes and providing responses appropriately or delegation to the appropriate team member.
  • Support internal events such as Training Weeks and Christmas functions.
  • Assist with induction scheduling new starter paperwork and internal communications such as newsletters or announcements.
  • Manage office supplies and procurement across all HelpingMinds sites.

Youre a highly organised and approachable professional with a passion for providing excellent administrative support. With at least two years experience in a similar role youre confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality. You bring strong communication skills a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a busy team-oriented environment.

And finally youre someone whos passionate about making a difference and working in the NFP sector.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of Cert IV in Business or Administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proof of Australian Work Rights
  • Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle

Candidates will also either have or be willing to obtain the following:

  • National Clear Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Working with Children Card
