What Youll Do:

• Process Re-engineering:Lead workshops and design sessions to solve complex process challenges.
• Cross-Functional Improvement:Partner with functional leads to design and embed end-to-end processes.
• Process Governance:Establish and monitor process standards clarify ownership and drive adherence.
• Capability Building:Coach leaders and teams in CI tools and techniques.
• Solution Development:Collaborate with IT to define the size cost and scope of initiatives.
• Measurement & Reporting:Track benefits and embed metrics for efficiency quality and compliance.
• Strategic Support:Provide CI expertise to the Operations Manager for project design and delivery.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Leader:Expertise in Lean and structured CI methods with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Collaborative Communicator:Highly engaging and influential in embedding process ownership and accountability.
• Problem Solver:Hands-on approach to solving challenges and driving sustainable change.
• Industry Knowledgeable:Experience in construction or construction-related functions is advantageous.
• Governance Champion:Ability to balance governance with practical improvement delivery.
