Job Summary
We are looking for a FT Accountant II to work out of our corporate office in Provo Utah.
About the Role:
Work closely with the North America Controller to support monthly financial accounting close for public reporting entity. Responsible for reconciling cash and other balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Responsible for maintaining system records of fixed assets. Aid Controller in management of unclaimed property tracking and reporting.
What youll do:
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of cash receivables inventory payables fixed assets etc. for Nu Skin United States on a monthly basis.
- Complete tasks and journal entries in support of the monthly accounting close.
- Maintain unclaimed property records mail due diligence letters and file unclaimed property forms with several States.
- Prepare daily management reports as assigned.
What youll need:
- 4-year degree in Accounting is required
- 0-2 years experience in accounting
- Required to be in office Mon-Thu can work from home Fridays
- Required to be at work the first 2 weeks of the month to complete monthly close duties
- Computer skills (spreadsheets accounting software enterprise software)
- Familiarity with SAP and Blackline a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality be honest and trustworthy
- Work well with others under time pressure to meet required deadlines
