The Role

Were seeking an organized self-motivated Administrative Assistant with excellent attention to detail who can follow established processes with precision. This role is essential to keeping our programs running smoothly by supporting volunteer coach recruitment training and providing outstanding customer service to our families.

What Youll Do

Parent Coach Recruitment Training & Support

Lead recruitment efforts for parent volunteer coaches including background checks and team assignments

Customer Support & Communication

Respond to phone calls and emails forwarding relevant messages to the appropriate team members as needed.
Provide customer support and program information in an engaging and professional manner
Educate families about upcoming leagues clinics camps and other programs
Maintain clear timely communication with parents and participants

What Were Looking For

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to follow established procedures consistently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making phone calls and managing email correspondence
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Friendly professional demeanor when interacting with families and volunteers
Prior administrative customer service or volunteer coordination experience is a plus

Compensation: $18/hour

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Remote with occasional visits to the i9 Sports office in Fairfax VA
