As part of our kitchen team youll play a key role in preparing and presenting dishes for our guests - from business lunches to last-minute meals for flight passengers. Youll work in a modern vibrant hotel environment where teamwork creativity and service excellence come together.
About Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport
Our hotel features 180 modern guest rooms a Restaurant with a bar 3 meeting rooms and a fitness area. Were conveniently located near Eindhoven Airport serving both business and leisure travelers.
Job requirements
- Prepare and present dishes in accordance with brand and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Participate in daily briefings review guest reservations and prepare for special events or group bookings.
- Handle unexpected situations such as serving stranded flight guests with a positive proactive attitude.
- Proven experience as an independent or line chef preferably in a hotel or à la carte restaurant.
- Strong sense of teamwork flexibility and quality.
- Passion for gastronomy and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
