As a Front Office Agent you will:
- Receive prioritize and track service requests and incidents.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Keep users informed of ticket progress and resolutions.
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow ITIL procedures.
- Manage user accounts access rights and functional mailboxes.
- Maintain and update operational procedures.
- Support testing regression checks and impact assessments for new application releases.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- IT diploma or relevant background
- Over 1 year of professional experience in application support or a similar IT role
- Proven experience in Application Support with a proactive service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Strong English communication skills; French is a plus
- Reliable meticulous and team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow Jira)
- Previous experience with the European Commission is an asset
- Technical skills: SQL Oracle Linux Unix Windows Tomcat openLDAP SAML OpenID PAM MFA Federated SSO TPM QR code Mobile App APIs onboarding systems iOS Android network and security fundamentals
