You will work closely together with our HR team and collaborate with employees trainers and leaders across our Business Areas: Original Equipment (OE) Research and Development (R&D) and Sustainability Tires. Our mission is to provide our employees worldwide a working environment in which Learning & Training is an integral part of their daily routine.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
- Project support and communication with trainers and learners
- Support in organizing and planning the scheduling of trainings
- Update of information in our Learning Management System
- Maintain our learning portfolio overview
- Manage report requests & create dashboards
Qualifications :
We are searching for a student (m/f/diverse) that:
- Is enrolled in university - final year Bachelors degree or beginning of Masters degree (Business Administration Psychology or related fields)
- Experienced in leveraging Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and impactful presentations
- Knows the English langugae at a conversational level (both written and spoken)
- Has strong communication skills and is open to continuously learn new things
- Is highly organized with critical attention to details
- Is proactive and a team player
