At Continental we are looking for a Retread Specialist to play a strategic and technical role ensuring that our retread products and processes are applied with excellence and deliver the highest levels of performance and quality to our customers.
Your mission:
Be the technical link between Continental our customers and our retread partners driving business growth through training audits technical visits and continuous process improvement.
You will:
- Visit retread customers to ensure processes and products meet Continentals standards.
- Deliver technical training to internal and external teams sharing best practices and technical expertise.
- Conduct process audits and analyses ensuring quality compliance and operational excellence.
- Support the introduction and validation of new products materials and suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate technical advantages into customer value.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Solid and proven experience in retreading processes; technical knowledge of compounds and materials is a plus.
- Hands-on analytical and collaborative profile with strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver engaging technical training sessions.
- Availability for travelling at least 60% of the time.
