Youll play a key role in driving our omni-channel success by engaging with customers via chat phone and email guiding them through their online shopping journey from product discovery to purchase and post-sale support.

Work Environment:
This role is part of our Online Sales & Customer Experience Team. Youll work in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment focused on real-time customer support via chat phone and digital channels. Requires flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
