Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally providing top-tier customer service.
- Schedule sales appointments for customers.
- Make outbound calls to customers who have inquired about vehicles offering assistance and guiding them toward their next steps.
- Work leads effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize appointment success.
What Were Looking For:
- A ninja on the phones with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Someone who is organized reliable and driven to exceed goals.
- Previous customer service experience (1 year preferred); automotive industry experience is a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
