Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist children ages 16-21 with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential program.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP/Caregiver) you will support children with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a DSP/Caregiver you will work with children to provide coaching supervision and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation medication administration meal preparation /or and assistance with personal cares.
Qualifications :
6 months of volunteer or professional experience supporting vulnerable populations (ex. caregiver nanny paraeducator direct support professional etc.)
21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
