Job Summary
Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of the role is to build relationships with utilities to enable our growth efforts with municipal utilities for water wastewater and biosolids O&M opportunities.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with utility leaders and community leaders in strategic growth regions.
- Promote the values of Veolia Private Public Partnership contracting and contract operations to communities.
- Identify and align Veolias offerings and value with key utility challenges.
- Coordinate and lead proposal efforts and RFP response activities.
- Manage reporting for all commercial activities for key contracts.
- Work collaboratively with regional VP site leadership Technical &Performance resources.
- Manage the internal corporate and compliance approval process for opportunities.
Qualifications :
Education/Experience/Background:
- Bachelors degree.
- Contracting with Utilities and Private Public Partnership experience preferred.
- Water utility experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Self starter
- Results focused mindset
- Strong customer relationship/management skills
- Technical knowledge of water and wastewater industry
- Highly organized and structured - able to follow a standard process
- Able to work collaboratively across different functions and help colleagues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
