We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bucharest Romania.
As a Client Relationship Management Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing client portfolios and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of clients and provide quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts in compliance with Marshs standards and procedures
Answer clients requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
Solve problems regarding client account issues & ensure that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients
Participate in client and prospect meetings
Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
What you need to have:
At least 3 years experience in Insurance/Brokerage experience in Corporate Insurance would be a valuable addition
Bachelor Degree in Business
Fluent Romanian English (B2)
Computer proficient very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (proficiency with Excel)
Strong communicative skills analytical thinking problem solver attention to details organized with a good self-discipline with initiative; ability to meet tight deadlines
Team spirit willing to learn new things persuasive proactive
