About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join an Identity and Access Management (IAM)squad within a cross-functional technology QA Engineer will play a key role in defining and implementing test strategies automation frameworksand quality best practices contributing directly to theimprovement of both functional and technical product quality.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborateclosely with developers analysts and product owners in an Agile SCRUM environmenthelping to shape a culture of continuous testing and delivery excellence.

Main Responsibilities

Designimplement and maintain automated and manual test scenarios forfunctional regression and performance testing.

EstablishQA best practices ensuring consistency and traceability acrossall testing activities.

Collaborate with developers and analysts to defineacceptance criteriaand validate software quality.

Develop automationframeworks and integrate testing processes into the CI/CDpipeline.

Contribute to Agile ceremoniesensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Participate in the QA community sharingbest practices and supporting process improvements.

Support defectmanagement ensuring clear documentation prioritization andresolution.

Mandatory Requirements

The following must be clearly listed onyour CV to be considered for this position:

6years of experience in software quality assurance or testautomation;

Proven expertise in Cypress framework;

Strong experience with Java-based test frameworkssuch as SeleniumCucumberand Karate;

Excellent command of Gherkin language and test design techniques;

Solid understanding of BDD and TDD methodologies;

Experience working with Agile/SCRUM developmentteams;

Hands-on experience with Git and continuous integration pipelines;

Good understanding of SQL for data validationand test preparation;

Fluent in English(spoken and written).

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)concepts and frameworks;

Familiarity with Keycloak or similar IAMplatforms;

Experience in the insurance or banking sector;

Working knowledge of French is a plus.
