Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of customer networking and managing ongoing key stakeholder relationships
- Full responsibility for assigned products and achieving challenging revenue targets and sales objectives.
- Spending 80% of work time in the field supporting business activities and interacting with key customers and stakeholders.
- Participating on local and international congresses.
- Complying with SOBI CRM and other systems.
- Collecting archiving & reporting data about field activities and applying the key-account principles in CRM.
- Ensuring local customer needs and market requirements
- Efficiently managing and allocating assigned resources
- Participating in assigned HQ project groups and working in support of the SOBI global and local business plans.
- Providing feedback about the local market requirements and competitors activities.
- Participating in the planning process and providing inputs for the planning regarding assigned products.
- Monitoring stock levels and future needs to ensure sufficient supplies of assigned products.
- Ensuring ongoing completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies and adherence to those regulations and policies.
- Performing according to GxP (GCP GVP HCC)
- Reporting to CM and management in accordance with SOBI requirements and standards
- Participating on relevant regular tele-conferences and meetings
Scope of the Job
- Supporting the teams across CEE acts according to Commercial Lead instructions.
- Cooperating with other team members within the immunology CEE and country management
Principal Interfaces / Relationships
Internal:
- Reporting to the Commercial Lead PolanD.
- Communication with the immunology and Specialty Care team based in HQ
External:
- Relevant HCPs and KOLs and stakeholders as needed.
- Opinion leaders and decision makers including local patient organizations
Qualifications :
- University degree level education
- Recent experience in a marketing or sales role in original pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 5 years
- KAM experience for a minimum of 2 years
- Effective communication and team working skills
- Multi stakeholder project management experience delivering results on time and within budget
- Flexibility ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty
- Key customer relationship management experience
- Management and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge about tenders procedures
- Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities
- Ability to think out-of-the-box Good command of MS Office (Excel Word PP and Outlook)
- Driving licensee gr. B
- Knowledge of the local health systems and decision-making processes
