Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced HR Director to join our organisation in Casablanca Morocco. As the HR Director you will play a crucial role in shaping our companys people strategy fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organisational excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives
- Forge strong partnerships with the Leadership Team to drive organisational success
- Lead coach and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact support across all HR functions
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent
- Design and implement competitive remuneration structures in line with local practices and company guidelines
- Manage corporate compensation processes including Annual Salary Reviews and Incentive Programmes
- Develop and execute Training & Development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance
- Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity across all levels
- Oversee the Performance Management process ensuring timely and quality execution
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local legislation
- Utilise HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the business
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the organisation
Qualifications :
- Degree in HR Law Management Finance or a related field;
- Proven track record of leading an HR function of comparable scope and complexity.
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Strong command of English both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
