Job Summary
Job Description
The Product Management Senior Analyst is responsible for managing global customer requirements for data center monitoring and management software platforms. The role involves analyzing market and customer needs drafting product requirement documents (PRDs) designing prototypes and wireframes and closely collaborating with R&D teams throughout product iteration and delivery. The candidate will support key customer projects participate in solution presentations and bids and communicate product features with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally the role will research AI-driven data center monitoring solutions to support the products long-term technology roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze global market and customer requirements for data center monitoring products.
- Develop PRDs and prototypes/wireframes and work with R&D teams to plan develop and deliver new product features.
- Collaborate with offering service and technical support teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demos for internal/external teams and customers including proposal slides and solution briefings.
- Support key customer projects and bid activities providing product and technical input when needed.
- Research emerging technologies and AI-based monitoring architectures to guide product strategy and technical roadmap.
- Track product performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in product management or software solution design preferably in data center or IT infrastructure domains.
- Strong analytical documentation and communication skills with experience writing PRDs and designing UX prototypes.
- Familiar with agile development processes and tools such as Rally or Jira.
- Proficient in at least one design/prototyping tool such as Axure Visio or Figma.
- Knowledge of AI technologies or intelligent monitoring systems is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and able to work effectively in an all-English professional environment.
