Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton Ontario! As a Parts Clerk you will ensure that proper procedures are being followed by the inspection team members for productivity quality control and safety.
What youre responsible for:
- Accurately picking packing and distributing heavy equipment truck and trailer parts to production and maintenance teams in a timely manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring proper documentation verification and reconciliation through Maximo
- Maintaining accurate records of all parts transactions stock movements and service requests
- Working closely with maintenance purchasing and operations teams to ensure parts availability timely replenishment and smooth workflow
- Conducting cycle counts ensuring accuracy of stock levels and maintaining detailed documentation
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have experience in a parts department warehouse or maintenance environment
- You have knowledge of heavy equipment trucks or industrial machinery
- You have a solid understanding of inventory management and parts control processes
- You have a valid G license
- You are comfortable lifting 50 lbs
