Were looking for a driven and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our in-house robot maintenance this hands-on leadership role youll be at the center of our cutting-edge robotics operationsensuring our systems run smoothly diagnosing complex issues and mentoring a team of skilled technicians. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of technicians responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial robots
Manage and track inventory for critical components and tools
Develop update and maintain work instructions and maintenance documentation
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems
Maintain accurate robot error logs and perform detailed error tracking
Provide clear and timely updates on build status and progress to management
Set and manage team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualitificaitons
Fast learner with a strong work ethic and a drive to excel
2 years of experience supervising technician or maintenance teams
5 years of hands-on experience with: oscilloscopes multi-meters soldering and reworking PCB boards
Robotic repair or related repair experience
Troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems
Experience with industrial machinery such as robots mills and lathes
Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Demonstrated ability to debug electrical systems and perform root cause analysis
Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
$70000 - $80000 a year
