What does our Internship Program offer

Keys Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work that matters offers feedback and coaching and creates engaging events and conversations that will spark excitement and interest in bringing ones full-time career to Key.

Interns are involved in a host of line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Keys business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Keys competitive landscape financial wellness and professional development best practices and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge experience and advice.

Marketing Overview

Enterprise Marketing encompasses the ability and passion to bring the KeyBank brand to life while supporting and enhancing Keys business goals across the various lines of work to maintain a strong consistent brand and develop marketing campaigns that are better connected to business goals.

We focus our core on speed & agility in marketing campaign execution that incorporates a cost efficiency that does not sacrifice effectiveness.

Included in Enterprise Marketing is our overall brand creation development and effectiveness sponsorships and activation creative development legal/compliance approvals and marketing analytics.

About the Internship

Were looking for an artist who can drive creative storytelling concepts through your passion for visual design and effective communication skills. Work on real marketing campaigns and initiatives to gain experience. Project and time management skills with attention to detail. Produce digital assets including banner ads online videos social media and more.

Qualifications

Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree program with coursework in motion graphics or related field with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2027

focused coursework in motion graphics

Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA)

Project and time management skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities

Bring solid analytical problem solving communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Strong understanding of the principles of visual and graphic design

Adept at motion graphic design design conventions and post-production process

Must have strong aesthetic skills creative problem-solving and interpreting brand guidelines

Familiarity working with Adobe After Effects Illustrator and Premiere Pro

Passionate about evangelizing new technologies and eager to expand skill set

Ability to communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment and juggle multiple priorities while still meeting pre-established deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $23 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2000.00 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.

KeyBanks Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g. H-1B visa). This includes for example situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g. CPT OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.00 - $22.60 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors including but not limited to skills experience and geographic location.

Please note: While a base pay range is referenced above this position is compensated at a fixed rate of $23 hourly and is eligible to receive a $2000 sign-on bonus.
