About the Role

The Process Quality Engineer (PQE) will be responsible for ensuring the consistent quality of speaker manufacturing processes through robust process control like First article Inspections root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The PQE will work closely with cross-functional teams including production design and supplier quality to maintain and improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Also responsible for QMS documentation and customer audits

What You Will Do

• Develop and implementprocess control plansandPFMEAsfor Speaker assembly and testing processes.

• Monitorkey process parametersandquality metricsto ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications.

• Leadroot cause analysisand implementcorrective and preventive actions (CAPA)for process-related quality issues.

• Prepare Product audit Layout audit & Dock audit as per plan

• Conductprocess auditslayered process audits (LPA) andproduct auditsto ensure adherence to standards.

• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improveacoustic performancecosmetic quality anddurabilityof speaker products.

• Interact with overseas teams to Implement the Robust process controls

• Interface withsuppliersandcustomerson quality-related topics as needed.

• Maintain documentation in line withIATF 16949ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Excellent knowledge of In-process quality & Experience for speakers will be added advantage

• Strong communication skills

What Makes You Eligible

• Bachelors degree inAudio Engineering Electronics orSpeaker Manufacturing field.

• 3 years of experience inprocess qualityormanufacturing quality preferably inaudio electronicsorSpeaker Manufacturing process

• Strong knowledge ofquality tools: 8D 5 Why Fishbone SPC MSA FMEA Control Plans.

• Experience withspeaker assembly processes(e.g. diaphragm bonding magnet assembly acoustic testing) is a strong plus.

• Familiarity withmeasurement systemssuch as sound analyzers impedance testers and visual inspection systems.

• Proficient inMS OfficeHandling of Profile Projectors andUniversal testing machines.

• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
