We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Assistant / Retail Manager to elevate our pharmacy to new heights. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to lead a supportive professional and fun team all while enjoying a well-balanced roster in a rewarding hospital environment.

This position requires a passionate individual with an ability to guide and lead others drive sales and meet KPIs.

• Coach and develop staff including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.

What youll bring

• Experience with FRED office and point of sale systems highly desirable
• Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative procedural and medication safety principles
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service inventory control & continuous quality improvement.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• Relevant S2 /S3 Certification
• A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
